The great room is the heart of the condo, with vaulted, beamed ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace (decorative and not for guest use), and comfortable seating including a sofa, recliner, and smart TV. The open layout flows easily between living, dining, and kitchen, with the loft overlooking it all from above.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook in after a day on the mountain, with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and breakfast bar seating. The dining table sits beside the loft stairs at the center of the great room, and the covered deck adds a second dining spot among the treetops.

Ski Locker
Your dedicated ski locker is on the lower deck, right on the way to the lifts, and the locker key hangs inside the unit. Stash your gear the first night and walk to the base area in 5 to 10 minutes, or catch the ski shuttle just 200 yards from the locker.

Guests will have full access to the entire top-floor condo, the covered deck shared with just one other unit, and a dedicated ski locker on the lower deck (the locker key hangs inside the unit).
Self check-in is available via smart lock, and we send your personal door code before arrival, making arrival simple and flexible.
Parking is available at the building. Message us for the exact parking detail so you can avoid an extra flight of stairs with your gear.
In winter conditions, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended due to snow-packed mountain roads.

Everything you need is within about a 15-minute walk. Family favorites include Mikuna Grill, a standout Peruvian menu with great staff and entertainment; El Jefe for Mexican food on a deck right at the base of the ski area; Pizza Stop for a filling post-ski meal; and Pub & Grub for the largest menu plus beer, wine, cocktails, and frequent live music. Ski and mountain-bike rentals are an easy walk too. Angel Fire also sits on the Enchanted Circle scenic byway, so Eagle Nest Lake and Taos make easy day trips.

In winter it is a short 5 to 10 minute walk to the base area and its two high-speed lifts, with the ski locker right on the way. If you would rather not walk, a ski shuttle pickup is just 200 yards from the locker. Once you have arrived and stocked up on groceries, you can park the car and let your feet and the shuttle cover the rest. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended in winter.

- There is no air conditioning; mature pines keep the condo naturally cool in summer, and heating is provided for colder months.
- There is no washer or dryer in the unit.
- The condo is on the top floor and is reached by stairs.
- In winter, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended; mountain roads can be steep and snow-packed.
- Pro tip: stash your gear in the ski locker the first night, claim the loft for the kids or night owls, and take your morning coffee out on the deck.
