This is a two-story unit with exterior steps to enter. In winter conditions, roads in Red River can be snow-packed or icy, and 4WD/AWD may be helpful.

Valley Condominiums sits along Pioneer Creek, about a mile from downtown Red River and the Red River Ski & Summer Area. Summer festival venues, restaurants, and shops are within one to two miles, and the Enchanted Forest Cross Country Ski Area is about five miles away. Red River is a walkable mountain town full of dining, live music, and year-round events.
