IMPORTANT – REGAL PALMS RESORT CHECK-IN & FEES

All guests must report to the Regal Palms Resort front desk upon arrival to obtain resort wristbands and parking passes.

• Resort Fee: A mandatory $20 + tax resort fee applies for each day guests are on the property and must be paid directly to the resort front desk. This fee is separate from your vacation rental reservation.

• Wristbands: Resort wristbands are available for amenity access.

• Refundable Deposit: A $100 incidental deposit is required at check-in for the wristbands. The full deposit is refunded when all wristbands are returned at the end of the stay.

• Resort Towels: Provided by Regal Palms Resort upon presentation of the towel card issued at check-in.

• Parking Passes: Must be obtained from the resort front desk upon arrival.

Resort fees, deposits, amenities, operating hours, services, and policies are managed by Regal Palms Resort and are subject to change.

PARKING

The home accommodates a maximum of 2 standard passenger vehicles in the driveway, parked side by side. Guests must follow all Regal Palms Resort parking regulations and park only in designated areas to avoid fines or towing.

Commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, and oversized vehicles are not permitted.

STARTER KIT

To help you get settled, the home includes a starter supply of:

• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

• 1 hand soap per bathroom

• 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom

• 1 sponge

• 1 dish soap

• 1 paper towel in the kitchen

• 1 laundry detergent

• 1 garbage bag

The starter kit includes only basic arrival essentials. Guests should bring or purchase any additional supplies needed during their stay.

LINENS & TOWELS

Linens and towels are provided. Guests are responsible for washing them as needed during their stay, and a washer and dryer are available inside the townhome.

Washcloths are not provided, as they are considered personal items.

TRASH DISPOSAL

Please follow Regal Palms Owners Association trash requirements:

• Place household trash in the designated bin at the rear of the townhome.

• All trash must be securely bagged in 13-gallon kitchen trash bags.

• Grocery bags, paper bags, and small bathroom trash bags are not permitted.

• No loose trash or liquids are permitted. Empty all containers before disposal.

• Break down and flatten cardboard boxes before disposal.

• Household trash only; recycling is not available.

• Large or bulk items and excessive amounts of trash cannot be placed in community trash bins. Removal must be arranged directly with the Regal Palms Owners Association, and additional charges may apply.

RULES & GUIDELINES

PARTIES & EVENTS – Parties, events, and excessively loud activities are not permitted. Guests are responsible for additional cleaning charges resulting from unauthorized parties. Disturbances may result in resort security or local authorities being contacted and guests being required to vacate the property.

SMOKING & DRUGS – Smoking inside the home is prohibited. Illegal drugs are not permitted inside the property or within the community. Violations may result in authorities being contacted and guests being required to vacate the property.

DISTURBANCES – Please respect neighbors and community quiet enjoyment. Outdoor noise and noise traveling outside the home must be kept to a minimum and comply with local noise ordinances and Regal Palms community regulations.

PERMITTED VEHICLES – A maximum of 2 standard non-commercial passenger vehicles may be parked side by side in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, and oversized vehicles are not permitted.

RESORT FEES & AMENITIES – The mandatory Regal Palms Resort fee is separate from your vacation rental reservation and is paid directly to the resort. Resort fees, deposits, wristband requirements, amenities, operating hours, and policies are determined by Regal Palms Resort and may change.
