A car is the easiest way to get around the island. Sunchase IV is on Padre Boulevard, a few minutes from central South Padre Island and about 30 minutes from Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport over the Queen Isabella Causeway.

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests; only registered guests are permitted.
- Minimum age to book is 25.
- This home is not pet-friendly; pets are not permitted anywhere in the Sunchase IV community.
- No smoking, parties, or events.
- This is a two-level unit with an interior staircase; building elevators are available.
