South Padre Island is a laid-back barrier-island beach town on the Texas Gulf Coast. This home is in a residential pocket a short walk from the public beach access and close to Padre Boulevard's restaurants, shops, and water activities.

A car is recommended for getting around the island and the mainland. The Queen Isabella Memorial Bridge connects the island to Port Isabel, and the nearest airports are Brownsville (about 45 minutes) and Harlingen / Valley International (about an hour).

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
