This stunning custom home was built to take full advantage of its ridge-top views of the Albion River and Pacific Ocean. The great room, primary bedroom and secondary bedroom all feature spectacular views of the ocean and the Albion River Bridge, the largest wood trestle bridge remaining in California. With Starlink Wi-Fi, the home is also well suited for remote work. It is an ideal retreat for families and groups, with a spacious open great room featuring a sectional, sofa and two corner chairs positioned for enjoying beautiful coastal sunsets. The dining table seats 8+, with three additional counter stools off the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Guests regularly remark on how well stocked the kitchen is for family cooking and holiday stays. The great room also features a 50-inch flat-screen TV and Baldwin piano, with two additional televisions elsewhere in the home. For entertainment, there is a pool table, darts, board games and puzzles. The area has recently added a Verizon tower for improved cell coverage, and the home also has a landline with unlimited long-distance calling.

The private hot tub is located on a raised deck just off the primary suite and offers ocean views. The primary suite also features an indoor jetted tub with views of the coast.
Should a power outage occur during a coastal storm, a backup generator provides electrical power to the entire house.
The home is conveniently located in the heart of Albion, making it a great base for exploring the Mendocino Coast.
Nearby restaurants include Ledford House, Albion River Inn, Heritage House and Little River Inn. As you head north toward Mendocino Village, you'll find many more restaurants and cafes, including Cafe Beaujolais, Mendocino Cafe, GoodLife Cafe and Luna Trattoria.

Check-In Form: After booking, guests are asked to complete a short check-in form. This includes our standard rental agreement and verification of guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.
Connectivity: High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi is provided. As with much of the Mendocino Coast, occasional interruptions or weak cell service can occur due to the remote coastal location.
Peace of Mind: For uninterrupted comfort, the home features a permanently installed standby generator with an automatic transfer switch, ensuring all amenities remain operational during any local power outages.
