This home sits canalside in northern Cape Coral, just about two miles from the Coral Oaks Golf Course. So much is close by, including great fishing off Pine Island (12 miles), downtown Fort Myers (16 miles), Fort Myers Beach (27 miles), and the beaches of Sanibel Island (31 miles).

Angler or beach-goer, your days spent at the house will be every bit as special as the days you're out exploring. Bring your morning coffee down to the patio at the water's edge, prepare barbecue lunches on the built-in gas grill, and gather around the outdoor table for cocktails as your kids splash in the backyard pool. You're welcome to use the dock, but please do not touch the boat that's there.

Throughout the house, you'll find tons of sunlight, open spaces, and an unfussy sense of style. Cook with ease using stainless steel kitchen appliances and gather in the living room after dinner for board games and movies on the large smart TV. There are three bedrooms to choose from at night, as well as central air conditioning to ensure you sleep comfortably in any of them.
