This two-story home sits on Main Street in Bethel, a few blocks' walk from local shops, restaurants, markets, the Broad Street Historic District, and the Maine Mineral and Gem Museum. Join a river excursion with Bethel Outdoor Adventure (one mile), catch a few thrills on the slopes of Sunday River (six miles), or take a scenic drive to Grafton Notch State Park (16 miles) or up the Mt. Washington Auto Road in New Hampshire (32 miles).

Begin each morning in the spacious, sunny kitchen, flipping pancakes on the gas range and using stainless steel appliances and all sorts of bonus tools to prepare your favorite breakfast. There's a woodstove to take off the morning chill, an eat-in dining table, and large windows that frame the fenced yard outside.
