The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, and one queen bed in the living area. The layout works well for couples, small families, friends, and professionals visiting Bentonville for business or recreation.

The open living area offers comfortable seating and a smart television. The full kitchen features updated appliances, quartz countertops, a Keurig, and the essentials needed for preparing meals between outings.

Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, board games, step-free elevator access, and a private washer and dryer. Secure bicycle storage is available in a designated area at the corner of the parking lot.

Bentonvilla is located in downtown Bentonville on a quiet street approximately a five-minute walk from the Bentonville Square.

Guests can easily reach downtown restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, museums, parks, and entertainment. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Scott Family Amazeum, and Northwest Arkansas mountain-biking trails are also nearby.

Many downtown Bentonville restaurants, shops, museums, parks, and attractions can be reached on foot or by bicycle.

Secure bicycle storage is available in a designated area at the corner of the parking lot. A vehicle is useful for exploring destinations throughout Northwest Arkansas, and two designated parking spaces are provided behind the building.

Guests will have privacy during their stay. The local management team is available if assistance is needed.

Bentonvilla accommodates a maximum of six guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Pets are not permitted in accordance with HOA policy.

Smoking is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The condo uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.
