This is a wonderful setting for exploring the Northern Oregon Coast, with the Manzanita Links (one mile), the Neahkahnie Mountain South Trailhead (two miles), Nehalem Bay State Park (three miles), Short Sand Beach (four miles), and Cape Falcon (four miles) close by.
A favorite feature of the house is the open living space upstairs, where large picture windows maximize the view of the evergreens. You can slide open the deck doors to light the gas grill or simply let in the ocean breeze, savoring the cool as you cook in the well-equipped kitchen, gather around the dining room table for dinner, or curl up with a good book on one of the sofas.
