• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Wristbands have a cost of $15.00 each. Cash only (replaceable bracelets are $15.00) and must be worn at all times while on the premises as per HOA rules and regulations. They must be paid directly to the Landfall Tower manager using cash, money order, or cashier's check only.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.
