Built in 2012, this three-story home sits on the banks of Green Glade Cove, a quiet and scenic cove of Deep Creek Lake. You'll be a short drive from Thousand Acres Lakeside Golf Club (four miles) and Deep Creek Lake State Park (eight miles) with its two beaches, boat ramp, and 20 miles of hiking/biking trails.

Spend summer days on the lakeshore out back, taking in the view from the dock and watching your kids play in the shade of mature trees. Head up to the elevated deck in the afternoons to light the gas grill, set the outdoor table for dinner, and admire the sunset from cushioned seats around a second firepit.

The interior living space spans 3,758 square feet of quality craftsmanship, including beamed ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tile showers. Highlights of the main floor include a great room with a gas fireplace and a TV (with cable and streaming capability), a custom kitchen with a copper farm sink, and a dining room that opens to the deck. The three bedrooms are split among the three floors for privacy, each paired with its own bathroom. The primary suite on the main floor includes a gas fireplace, direct access to the deck, and an en suite bathroom with a copper tub.
