• Please note: Summerplace will be under renovation from Nov 4, 2024 through Mar 17, 2025. During this time they will be painting and replacing the walkways and balcony flooring, they will not enter the condo. One pool will be closed at a time while the work is being done. The Balcony will closed Nov 25, 2024 thru Dec 6, 2024 and again on Feb 14, 2025 thru Mar 11, 2025.

• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
