This two-story home boasts an enviable location, right around the corner from the network of trails winding throughout Tahoe Vista and North Tahoe Regional Park. Within a half-mile stroll, you'll find Moon Dune Beach, the North Tahoe Marina, and an array of shops, restaurants, boat rentals, and other services. Just beyond are Old Brockway Golf Course (three-quarters of a mile), Kings Beach (one mile), and the slopes of Northstar California Resort (seven miles).

Summer days here are for relaxing in generous outdoor spaces and basking in the pine-scented breeze. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the surrounding neighborhood, and retreat to two expansive decks in the afternoons to barbecue and dine alfresco.
