Things to Know
Guests will need All Wheel Drive / 4 Wheel Drive to access this home due to a steep gravel community road and driveway. There is a dedicated parking area inside the community for 2WD vehicles prior to the steepest parts of the mountain roads. Access issues will not be at fault of owner.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
The house is at 4,000 feet elevation. As such, winter weather and icy road conditions may be experienced intermittently November through March, necessitating the use of TIRE CHAINS to safely navigate the roads. Please do not book the property during this time period without TIRE CHAINS for your own safety.
