It's a quiet road free of through traffic yet only half a mile to the state park and just over a mile to the Ward Avenue access point to Ten Mile Beach.

It's entirely electric (fueled by some of California's greenest electricity at Sonoma Clean Power), featuring a new heat pump water heater, a new heat pump for heating (via the mini-split), and a Level 2 EV charger for your car.
