• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $90 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees.

• 2 dogs, weighing 20 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
