The interior is every bit as special, thanks to two-story ceilings, newly installed floors, and an entire wall of windows that fill the space with sunlight. The condo feels open and airy whether you're cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, gathering for dinner around the dining table, or watching movies on cable in the living room. In the evenings, enjoy the fact that there's one bedroom and one full bathroom on each floor, central air conditioning to keep you cool as you sleep, and a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels overnight.

The neighborhood:
Waikoloa Beach Resort is a sunny, resort-oriented corner of the Kohala Coast with golf, dining, and beaches close together. Anaeho'omalu Bay is nearby for sand and swimming, and Waiulua Bay is another coastal stop. Kings' Shops, Queens' MarketPlace, and the Shops at Mauna Lani provide groceries, restaurants, and browsing. This is a convenient area for guests who want beach days without long drives for everyday plans.

Getting around:
Kona International Airport (KOA) is about 25 to 30 minutes from Waikoloa Village. A rental car is recommended because coastal beaches, resort shopping, and dining are a short drive from this upcountry golf community. The village center has a few walkable shops and places to eat. Parking is typically available at properties or in nearby lots without much difficulty.
