This brand-new Marlin Chase home boasts all of your favorite amenities - a gourmet kitchen, a screened-in deck, and a small backyard! Bright and spacious, the well-decorated interior is effortlessly open. In the living room, you'll find comfortable seating and an 85" smart TV. Sure to delight any chef, the marble-lined kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and shiny gold finishes.

Simply decorated for your comfort, the five bedrooms are adorned with high-quality linens and 55" smart TVs. Out of the five rooms, there are two primary ensuite bedrooms. Extra sleeping accommodations are available on the landing, via a twin bed. The home's den has a desk, chair, and monitors for those working remotely. Additional amenities you'll adore about the home include laundry access, central air-conditioning, bikes, a gas grill, and a universal EV charger (available in the garage).

On-site amenities soon coming to Marlin Chase include a pickleball court, grilling area, dog park, playground, gardens, and pool! NOTE: Construction setbacks could delay the opening for the summer of 2024. Nearby, Delaware Seashore State Park is only eight miles north. When you aren't hanging out on the sand, bike and walk on the trails of James Farm Ecological Preserve and Fresh Pond State Park, both less than a mile north.
