Upon entering this beach charmer, you will discover a spacious open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. One of the bedrooms is a spacious main suite with a TV, a desk, and an en suite bath with a walk-in closet. The second floor contains two bedrooms and a family room with a TV. The first bedroom has two spacious beds while the second bedroom has two bunk beds.

As for outdoor living, Southern Comfort sits on an oversized lot with plenty of room in the yard for kids to play, host summertime barbecues with the gas grill provided, and enjoy the outdoors.
