Both a screened-in and open-air deck are available for sitting, sipping, and reading.

Inside, comfort extends freely throughout each room. The living room boasts ample seating and a large smart TV, whereas the well-equipped kitchen presents dual ovens, stainless steel appliances, and ample meal prep space. When you aren't dining outside, there is a sizable, formal dining table and breakfast bar available off the kitchen.

With five bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that there is more than enough room for you and yours. The primary bedroom has its own smart TV and workstation equipped with a monitor and desk chair. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and dual sink vanity. Additional interior amenities include the sunroom with a Peloton bike (available for the adults of the group), a laundry room, children's games, and central air-conditioning.

• The pool is available for guest use from May 1 through the end of October 31, weather permitting. Two days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Pool cleaning service every Friday so guests can plan accordingly.
• This is an elevated home and you must climb stairs to reach the main level, there is no elevator.
• The fireplace is off-limits to guest use.
• Use of all recreational amenities is at guests' own risk.
• There is no cable TV, streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
