• All guests must register at the pool office and pay a recreation/parking fee which covers parking and use of the amenities for up to six people per week. The pool is open Memorial Day weekend through mid to late September. If the pool is not open, a reduced parking fee is required.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
