This two-story townhouse sits on a bayside canal, right around the corner from Jolly Roger. It's an easy walk to Coastal Highway which, at 28th Street, is lined with all sorts of restaurants, eateries, bars, and shops. Back at home, there's a community pool on the grounds waiting to welcome you home each afternoon.
Long summer days here begin and end outdoors. You'll have a beautiful deck overlooking the canal, giving you a lovely spot to linger with your morning coffee, an alfresco lunch, or a sunset dinner and bottle of wine.
Inside, the house is inviting and comfortable, with wall-unit air conditioning keeping you cool year-round. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, a dining nook in the light of a bay window, and a living room where you can stream movies in the evenings. In addition to the primary bedroom, there's a loft-style bedroom on the second floor and a living room sofabed for extra sleeping space. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

- Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V, of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
