Parking rules are heavily enforced by the condominium association. Please ensure your vehicles carefully adhere to the following guidelines to avoid being towed at your own expense:

Assigned Space: You have exactly one (1) parking space available. Your designated spot is Assigned Space 2W, located toward the back of the building.

Garage Clearance Height: Please note that the parking clearance height is 5'11".

Permit Requirements: Your parking permit must be displayed clearly in your vehicle at all times while parked on the premises.

Towing Risks: Do not park in any other assigned space under any circumstances, as unauthorized vehicles are strictly towed immediately.

Additional Vehicles: If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please watch all local street signs carefully to avoid city ticketing or towing.
