The unit was in a perfect location, clean, beautiful view, lovely gated community, and the unit was spacious. The only problem we had was with the water pressure, because if anyone was trying to take a shower, or if you were doing a load of laundry, or running the dishwasher you couldn’t take a shower in the master bath. The water barely trickled out the shower head, and it was freezing . Also, we had to wash our own dishes because the dishwasher didn’t work at all. Those things were very disappointing, but we still enjoyed staying at Brockview Springs unit 36. .

Stayed with my family the week before classes started; unit is perfectly spacious, yet cozy, worked extremely well for us. Location and view is stunning. Quiet and serene. Tennis courts/pool were convenient although pool was under maintenance until our last day. Loved proximity to town, it was very walkable. Kitchen had almost all that we needed, I wish I'd had a dish drying rack or some additional drying towels to hand wash cups as there weren't many and I couldn't bring myself to run the dishwasher with a few things in it. Beach towels would have been handy. Clear directions on what each key card did (gate/pool) would be helpful. Instructions on how to use the remotes would have saved us some time. I'd suggest talking to the housekeepers, there was dried food on the carpet and noticeable smears on many light switches. Is it a deal breaker? no way. I'd come back in a heartbeat, just better prepared.

The unit is/was clean and kept up and with easy access. While there were supposed to be two Parking passes provided, there was only one. Fortunately the second car we had on site was not towed during the seven days we were there.

The home is a great location with nice furniture and compete kitchen. The big issue was the filthy carpet in the living area and the rugs covered in pet hair. I would not have stayed, but all condos sold out. They did come in immediately and vacuum rugs (why not before?), but the carpet would need to be deep shampooed to get off all the stains. I reached out and had no response to a return cleaning fee at the minimum.

Overall this is a nice condo in an amazing location.
We did have some hiccups with our stay. The condo could have been cleaned better and some maintenance is needed. We found some remaining trash under a recliner and out on a deck. Large cobwebs in the living room. All the bed frames need to be tightened up. The squeak so much that when you turn over in sleep you get woken up (we all noticed this). The guest bath shower does not drain when in use. Also, sheets had been left in the washer wet for 5 days by the cleaners. We discovered them when we went to start a load of wash upon our departure as requested. We also, found towels in dryer that would have been nice to have access to, since we were left with a minimum and actually the small bath had none provided.
Finally a heads up about construction in pool area and that being closed during our stay would have been appreciated. We were looking forward to swimming.
There were some things that management did work with us on that are not mentioned here. Everyone is very nice but I think that more attention to detail is in order especially for the price we paid for the rental.

Brockway Springs is a lovely location!
The condo is nice and as described.
We had issues getting in the security gate entrance. The code did not work throughout our stay so we had to wait for another car and one night were locked out completely.
It would also be really helpful if the gate code was provided on the sheet with the condo door code, rather than buried in the middle of the directions page.

Unit was clean and had sufficient fans to keep air moving so the heat/ambient temperature (hot) did not keep us from being able to sleep at night. It would have been better if the "gate Keepers" had provided more than just 2 key cards for the front gate since there were 6 adults (3 cars) renting the unit.

This unit is perfectly located at the end of town in Kings Beach. You can easily walk to town but are still located in a quiet gated community with easy access to the lake and a fabulous pool. Lots of kitchen items are provided so once you have your groceries you're good to go with any cooking you need to do. A few minor problems were that the coffee maker was missing the pot top which made it difficult to get coffee going in the AM, having to hold the button under to get the coffee to drop down into pot. Also, found old dried blood marks on a pillow case and on the sheets on one of the queen beds. Not a deal breaker, but sheets should always be spotless in my mind.

Had a great family vacation st Brockway #36. Location is at the edge of town so it was quiet, nice view of the lake and the pool is amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, although no napkins and we ran out of paper towels. Also there are no beach towels for the pool. We used the bath towels and just washed them. The place was VERY clean and parking was easy. I liked the front door combo lock so no one had to carry a key. Would definitely rent again. Tahoe is an amazing place!!
We had a great weeklong stay at this Townhouse. It's quite spacious with decent beds. Close to town, so we could walk to amenities but not right in town so didn't feel noisy. Kids had a great time by the lake and playing in the snow right outside the townhouse.

This place was perfect for a family vacation with young kids. Lots of other kids to play with and the grass area in front every night was a great social hour for adults while the kids played games on the grass. Amazing pool and pier where catching crawdads was the thing to do for the kids. Lots of stairs in condo so not ideal for elderly family.
We shared the condo with another family with kids the same age. So great to bike to the beach and the pool. LOVED kayaking and the big floating trikes. Also loved the trails for running close by. Loved the state park and North Star gondolas. Can't wait to come back!

Two thing to consider when renting: 1. There are a lot of stairs. 1 flight to get to the main living/kitchen area, a flight to get to the 3 bedrooms and a flight to get to the bedroom/loft. Getting luggage up all of the stairs is something for the younger set. 2. The "master" bath is for one person ONLY with one sink. The grounds are beautiful! The lake is stunning!
