This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: The parking code on the second level for the garage is available and the parking space for this unit is 92 (second spot in front of the gate straight ahead). Only one vehicle has garage parking. The outside top parking area is first come first serve. The lot in front of Lillians with Windemere signs on it is for over flow parking. Overflow parking is not for extra vehicles, only for your second car.

Nice 3 bedroom. Plenty of room for our 30th Wedding Anniversary.
Only a few minor things from making this perfect:
No Paper Towels or small kitchen things like coffee filters that you normally find.
Also, surfaces of common areas like windows around pool, workout room, elevators needed more attention. Attention to detail would make this property nice and a great value.
Beach attendant was really nice and we enjoyed that service. Nice, convenient area to a lot of things to do.

Love the space in 601. We were very comfortable in the common areas. It was awesome that each bedroom having its own bathroom. It’s a game changer when everyone is ready to freshen up after a day on the beach.
The toilet in the master bathroom was a little temperamental and the shower in the bedroom on the east side was very loud while the water was running. But other than that it was a terrific place! Would definitely go again!

Windmere 601 was clean, spacious, well equipped, and ideally located for a getaway for R&R. Booking, payment, and communication was flawless, which takes away vacation stress immediately. The views were spectacular, the condo complex quiet, and parking easily accessible. I have stayed at many condos, and never found one yet which had as many kitchen appliances and amenities as Windmere 601, which allowed for lots of great cooking and serving opportunities. Perdido Key is paradise. Add this condo and you will not regret it. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Check in/out was super easy! It’s an older unit but was clean. Having a designated parking spot and beach chairs made it even better! The bedrooms were large and we had plenty of space! We would definitely stay at this unit again.

Our unit was clean but was very over decorated...furniture everywhere. it was just too much stuff sitting around, tons of kitchen items too...had hard time with where to put our things...had to put a chair in closet to have room to walk in bedroom....furniture was looking old and marked up...we love windemere, this unit not so much....

I will be putting this one on my list to book again. With three king beds and three bathrooms, we had plenty of room. My main suggestion would be for you to upgrade the balcony furniture quick. It was rusted and peeling all over you while sitting on it. Also the decode was a little cluttered and for some reason there were no light but who cares if you are on the beach! We had a great view of the beach and pool area.

The condo was super clean, nicely furnished, and very well equipped! The was designated parking under shade, we never had to wait on an elevator, and keyless entry are all exceptional!! There were plenty of linens, even beach towels. We also thoroughly enjoyed the collection of original artwork throughout. It shows that this home is loved!

This is exactly like the 3D virtual tour looks. It was very clean and spacious. The apartment was comfortable and had a great ocean front view. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family or friends. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. This place was the perfect spot for our vacation. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE DESTIN AREA FOR OVER 30 YEARS, PRETTY MUCH ANNUALLY, AND THIS HAD THE BEST FURNISHINGS OF ANY THAT I HAVE STAYED IN. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN. THE BEACH WASN'T CROWDED IN THE LEAST EITHER.

The condo is tastefully decorated, the view is stunning, but the kitchen blew me away... as one who enjoys cooking, the kitchen had more appliances and cookware than my home! The owners have gone above and beyond to insure that it feels a home on the beach. Condo was immaculate, and I will rent again when looking for a beachfront condo in beautiful Perdido Key, FL. (Almost didn't write the review as I didn't want to 'popularize' this condo too much) :)

Enjoyed the stay. View was nice. Deck/Balcony was spacious. Furniture was nice. Did have an issue with a TV, but Mgmt was on the ball and made it good immediately. Didn't take advantage of the property amenities, so can't speak to that.
Recommend this spot and would like to return.

Everything about this rental was fantastic!! It wasn’t too far up (I’m a little afraid of heights), but it was up high enough for excellent views of the beach! Check in was a breeze and everything was gorgeous!! I’m not sure who decorated this condo, but they get an A+ from me!! We were close to a lot of things and were able to find everything we needed within a couple miles at best. The place was comfortable and inviting and I would definitely stay here again! My family had a blast and so did I!! Kudos to the owners and all parties involved in the upkeep of this property.

We were in town for our son's navy winging ceremony. This unit was perfect for our family of 5. The location was awesome and close to everything you need. Restaurants, Walmart, pharmacy, gas station, etc. The beach is so clean and sand is awesome!! Would stay here again at this property!!
