Bella Vista Retreat House

Welcome to Bella Vista Retreat, a four-bedroom, two-bath home accommodating up to eight guests with bike-in/bike-out access to the Blowing Springs trail system.

The sleeping arrangements include one queen bed, one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed. Comfortable indoor gathering areas and a well-equipped kitchen provide plenty of room to relax and recharge between adventures.

The garage serves as both a secure bike-storage area and a game room. Cyclists can use the bike rack and dedicated workstation, while ping pong and darts provide entertainment for the entire group. The garage is not available for vehicle parking.

Outside, guests can relax on the deck, prepare meals on the grill, or gather around the firepit.

Bella Vista Retreat is located beside the Blowing Springs trail system in Bella Vista, providing convenient bike-in/bike-out access for mountain bikers and outdoor travelers.

Bella Vista is known for its wooded trails, lakes, golf courses, and peaceful Ozark setting. Bentonville’s downtown square, museums, restaurants, shopping, and additional mountain-biking destinations are accessible by vehicle.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Bella Vista, Bentonville, and Northwest Arkansas. Mountain bikers can access the Blowing Springs trail system directly from the property.

Outdoor parking is available for up to four vehicles. The garage is reserved for bike storage and recreation and is not available for vehicle parking.

Guests can enjoy the home independently. Our local management team is available through the booking platform if assistance is needed before or during the stay.

Bella Vista Retreat accommodates a maximum of eight guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Pets and smoking are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.

The garage is available as a secure bike-storage and recreation area with a bike rack, workstation, ping pong, and darts. Vehicle parking is not permitted inside the garage.
