This unit also features a blow up mattress which can be found in the hall closet. The living room and dining room with an open floor plan include a pull-out brand-new queen size sofa bed plus a hidden twin bed in the ottoman. The living room's brand-new 52” inch flat screen TV has cable with 90 channels, a DVD player with 50 movies, and an Atari "Flashback" game machine to enjoy some 1980's arcade action. New lazy boy-type chair added in the Spring of 2024. New patio furniture added in the fall of 2024. The master bedroom includes a 42" inch flat screen TV, DVR, a soft KING size bed, new bedding and linens. Full bath with tub/shower. The in-room telephone features free local and long distance calling throughout the USA and Canada.

The fully equipped kitchen has a new coffee maker for Keurig single cup or ordinary 12-cups-per-pot brewing, brand new refrigerator with ice maker, dish washer, disposal, barbecue utensils for the gas grills, silverware, and every pot and dish you'll need. The oak dining table seats 4 and looks ordinary but look closer: turn over the top and it's a green felt poker table or remove the top and it's a pool table!

Directly across the street, within walking distance, is a Grocery store, three restaurants, a beachwear outlet, a laundromat, Doggie Day Care, and Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Also across the street is Nautilus by the Sea with yoga, cardio, and other fitness classes. Bike rental is also right across the street. We have very fast Wi-Fi for all your work-from-home needs!
