This home sits directly on a quiet canal with direct access to Skagit Bay, making it a dream for boaters, kayakers, and water lovers of all kinds. Step out onto the spacious deck and enjoy panoramic views of the water. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise, launching your paddleboard for an afternoon on the water, or relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine as the sun sets to the west, the connection to nature is constant and calming.
The private community dock is perfect for boating enthusiasts and can accommodate vessels up to 55 feet in length (shallow draft required at low tide). Guests planning to bring their boat must provide Declaration of Insurance, copy of their Boat Registration, as well as a signed/countersigned moorage agreement. Guests must provide all information prior to arrival or will be restricted from using the community boat launch and services.
- 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
- Security camera details: There are three exterior cameras covering the property. They face away from the home and do not have audio.
