Things to Know
- TV streaming services require guest accounts to access.
- The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
- Renter wristbands can be purchased at the Management Office located in the Clubhouse via credit card for $45 per person per week from 9 am to 5 pm daily.
To enter the Clubhouse and outdoor pool area, you will need to scan a blue access card (will be provided by owner). Everyone age 6 and older must wear a renter wristband when using any of the OVBC amenities.
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
Clubhouse hours: 5am-10pm. Outdoor pool hours: 9am-9pm. It may be closed occasionally for private events.
Ocean View Beach Club offers a seasonal shuttle bus that runs on Saturdays and Sundays only, but also on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Please check with the clubhouse for schedule and other activities. - Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
