Enjoy sweeping views of Beaver Lake and the Ozark Mountains from this comfortable upper-level retreat for up to four guests. Large windows bring natural light and beautiful scenery into the main living area, which features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals at home, while the adjoining dining area offers seating for the group. The unit provides two beds.

Step outside onto the furnished upper deck to enjoy the lake views, outdoor dining area, gas grill, and gas firepit. An additional balcony provides another peaceful place to relax and take in the surrounding Ozark scenery.

Guests have exclusive access to the upper unit and its designated upper-level decks and amenities. The lower unit is not included and is not currently offered as a vacation rental.

Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation. Driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles.

Beaver Lake Perch is located in the Garfield area, surrounded by Beaver Lake scenery and the wooded Ozark landscape. The setting provides a quiet home base for exploring nearby public recreation areas, marinas, swimming areas, and other outdoor attractions.

The property offers elevated views of Beaver Lake.

A vehicle is recommended for reaching the property and exploring the Beaver Lake area. Driveway parking is limited to two vehicles.

Roads around the lake may be winding and hilly. Guests should follow the arrival directions provided before check-in rather than relying exclusively on GPS.

Guests can enjoy the upper unit independently. Our local management team is available through the booking platform if assistance is needed before or during the stay.

The upper unit accommodates a maximum of four guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Pets and smoking are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.

This reservation includes the upper unit only. The lower unit is not included and is not currently listed as a vacation rental.
