The home provides nine beds across five bedrooms. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, four queen beds, and four single beds, giving families and groups flexible options.

Two kitchens and generous indoor gathering areas provide plenty of room to prepare meals, relax together, or spread out. Outside, the large deck overlooks Lake Brittany and offers space to enjoy the peaceful scenery. A gas grill and outdoor firepit provide additional options for gathering and spending time outside.

The property offers views of Lake Brittany but does not include lake or shoreline access.

Guests have access to the home’s five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, indoor gathering areas, large deck, firepit, garage, and designated outdoor spaces.

The lake and shoreline are not accessible from the property. Bella Vista guest amenity passes are not provided.

Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation. Parking is limited to four vehicles total, including vehicles parked in the garage.

Lake Brittany Lodge is located in a peaceful residential setting overlooking Lake Brittany in Bella Vista. The home offers relaxing water views while remaining within driving distance of Bella Vista’s golf courses, trails, restaurants, and public recreational areas.

Bentonville’s downtown square, museums, restaurants, shopping, and mountain-biking destinations are also accessible by vehicle.

A vehicle is recommended for reaching the home and exploring Bella Vista, Bentonville, and Northwest Arkansas.

On-site parking is limited to four vehicles total. The garage is available for guest use and counts toward the four-vehicle limit. Guests should park only in the designated driveway and garage areas.

Guests can enjoy the home independently. Our local management team is available through the booking platform if assistance is needed before or during the stay.

Lake Brittany Lodge accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Pets and smoking are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.

The property offers views of Lake Brittany but does not include lake or shoreline access. Bella Vista guest amenity passes are not provided.

A gas grill and outdoor firepit are available for guest use. Guests must turn off the grill completely after use and follow all provided fire-safety instructions.
