Parking Notes: This unit has one numbered parking spot labeled 307 owner use. The parking passes are hanging on hooks just inside the unit under the steps. Additional vehicles may have to park far away and shuttle in the winter, or pay for valet parking. In the summer there is plenty of space to park anywhere in the closet lot. Parking is located on your first left after the Big Springs Stop Sign, and is sometimes labeled 'guest parking' or 'paid parking' in winter months. The designated parking spot is labeled owner parking 307 and is located to the right of the first building in the covered carport. Please remember to place the parking pass on your vehicle's front dash to avoid a ticket. Cost of replacement is $150.

To get to the carport: Go through the first stop sign you come to after traveling on Northstar Drive. Immediately after the Stop sign, make a left into the parking lot or may be marked'paid lot'. Proceed straight, two speed bumps, then turn into the carport on your right. The marked space is to the right.

Wonderful location. It was a great space for our family to hang out. The pool and association space was open and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool. We would recommend this place!

In general, this was a good price for the area and condo was nice. Unfortunately the elevator was broke/off for all 3 days we were there and it was painful carrying luggage up three flights of stairs. Additionally, in the house the bedrooms are on the second floor and you need to take a narrow spiral staircase to get to the bedrooms which was also painful with luggage.

We couldn't ask for anything more. Everything was perfect. It was actually bigger than expected. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Everything was nice and clean. Clean bathrooms and kitchen. Clean bedroom. You don't need anything more for a ski week. You hit the nail on the head with this one. Good job!

We make Tahoe trips every summer and when our usual stay was booked, we found this spot instead. Other than our Sand Harbor Beach, we’re also usually found at the Northstar Rec Center. This unit gives you walking distance access to the rec center which is perfect for us! The unit itself had everything we needed. We loved how the unit was in the Northstar Resort making restaurants and shopping a short walk away.

Wish I had known ahead of time however that bedrooms and full small bath were up a spiral staircase, this would not have worked for some of the older guests at the family wedding we attended. Also both bedrooms were open to the rest of the condo below which was a bit of a privacy/noise issue or might not work well for those with small children. We also had a parking issue as about half the parking lot including the dedicated space for this unit was being replaced. Temporary problem, but a work around or heads up would have been nice. Otherwise, great location, well appointed place

We loved this place, it was very well though out. It was very clean, great decor, kitchen was well equipped, and location was very convenient. There were just a couple of things that kept me at 4 stars such as top bunk did not have enough clearance, air conditioner was super loud, and the coffee maker had no instructions (atleast in print) that we could find.
But it was great quick little weekend escape with easy access to both lakes and we had a great time!

The Building itself is in desperate need of updating. It is really old and once inside it makes you feel like you are in a dingy gross apartment complex. The unit itself was clean and had many great updates like the kitchen and bathrooms, but the beds are very uncomfortable and made me feel like I was on a camping trip, except my air mattress is more comfortable. I did not get much sleep and neither did my wife. The location is second to none with the Northstar village downstairs. I would not stay here again. When I called the help line for Vacasa, the manger called me back right away to help move my family and I out of here and into a beautiful alternate unit up the street. She made the transition into the other unit completely hassle free. That fixed everything for us and changed the direction of my vacation from bad to great. Thanks again A. for all your help!

Large comfortable living room with comfy couches. Fully equipped kitchen and large granite counters and table. Bedroom ceiling fan was nice to have!
