Please be advised that guests must wear wristbands. Guests must purchase wristbands at the standard cost of $25 from March 10th to April 1st each year. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All guests must register with the Sunchase Beachfront office located next to the laundry facility. In case the office is closed please call us and the Security guard will give you a parking pass. A maximum of one (1) parking permit will be issued after registration.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the number of beds available.
