We loved our stay here. The view was amazing and it snowed the entire time! The area was spacious and laid out well. Plenty of storage space for our stuff.

The Condo was exactly what we expected from other reviews. Small - a bit dated but who cares? It was my wife and I and our 2 pups. The only problem (not anyone's fault) was the snow had melted so it was not a ski in ski out. No problem though. We parked at the Gondola for $10 which is super close. SO... if you are big on amenities and upgrades, you should look elsewhere and pay much more. If you want to have a one bedroom condo as a base while you ski - board - find some great trails etc - then this place is great. Cheers

Just a stone’s throw from Snowflake lift. If you really wanted a ski in-ski out, get a first floor location, then it would be perfect. The hot tub was lukewarm, but it was also -13 outside, so maybe it just couldn’t keep up. We had to call customer service to get a new key code for the hot tub, I think it’s okay to post here but I’ll tell you that the code is not 8822… if that’s what was on your confirmation email you have to call to get the updated code. Great location as far as walking distance from downtown area, good facilities, especially the sauna downstairs. It comes equipped with a nice kitchen. All said, if I were to come back I’d try to get a downstairs first floor place.

The location is great for our needs. The problem of inadequate hot water for showering is a chronic problem. It is due to the common hot water system inability to handle demands during high demand times.
Thanks for your feedback, John. We are so sorry to hear about the issues you had with the hot water. We've made sure to pass along your review to the local manager. They'll be working with the HOA to see if there is a solution to the hot water supply system. Thank you!

The room was a little out dated . It needs a TV in the bedroom. The creekside is very relaxing.

Location is great at the bottom of a ski run called The Four O'clock, so you can go home for lunch (you'll probably want someone to drive you back to the ski lift, though) and get to your place without the traffic of the 4 o'clock rush. It's also about a 1/2 mile walk to downtown, so you don't have to drive to dinner or shopping. As far as accommodations, though: If you or your friends like to sleep on the letter W, then consider the couch bed your place to live. 3 adults is too many for this tiny place crammed with boxes and cleaning supplies. The shower blasts frigid, then lava hot, especially at high-use times. The WiFi? We had to re-set it every day, and it went out at high-use times (which also takes out the TV). Minimal kitchen supplies. To get the dishwasher to run, you may have to toggle the breaker a couple of times (breaker box behind the painting in the kitchen). There's no manual for the place, so you have to ask your neighbors some of the ins and outs of the area. There's a landline phone there that doesn't work; it's just in the kitchen taking up space. And the plug beside the couch doesn't work. And the heater? Sheesh, don't even turn it on. It's lava hot in there, in spite of a fix they gave it while we were there. The building is warm enough that you don't need heat in your tiny cupboard anyway. BUT, the maintenance guys were super friendly. And the other dog people at the complex were nice. If you just want A location for two of you to sleep (as long as you're not on that "W") and maybe you want to fix a microwave meal, but mostly you are here to ski your buns off, then this place will be a win for you. If you're looking for a lot of amenities and comfort, you might want to find another place to stay. Depends on your priorities.
Hi, Tiffany! We are working on replacing the sleeper sofa and apologize it was a nuisance for you. Kitchen items will be updated, and the phone will be taken out. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well-appointed. We liked the porch overlooking the creek. The soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom as well as dish soap and coffee were an added surprise. The stove was not cleaned well - grease left from previous guests. Neighbors were a bit noisy but that is not the owners issue other than needing better sound insulation. Great location! Close to town but also removed from the crowds. Would stay here again.

Stayed here beginning of September 2020. Pro: The location was definitely the best part... right next to a beautiful creek that could be seen and heard from our room. Cons: The room was a bit underwhelming... smaller than it appeared in the photos. There was dog hair everywhere when we arrived, the microwave didn't work, the bathroom sink was completely clogged, and the hot tub was out of service. We are very low maintenance but honestly a bit irritated at these inconveniences. We didn't see the point in calling and having someone come fix the issues in our room because we were only there for a couple days and our dogs would have went nuts if a stranger came in. All in all, would still recommend for the location. Beautiful creek and a quick 10 minute walk to restaurants/shops/gondola, etc.
Thank you for your review! We appreciate your feedback and have notified the local manager of your suggestions. We hope to host you again soon!

The location is great, a short walk to everything and right on the creek which was great white noise.
Unfortunately, when we arrived the condo was not clean. There was white fur on everything. I sat down to put on hiking boots and was covered in fur. The blankets and couch also had fur on it. I called Vacasa and they said they would send someone to vacuum. They never did. We found a vacuum and tried to do it ourselves but it didn't work. There was dust on the blinds, surfaces and the lights. And 2 dead moths on various windowsills as well as pretzel crumbs on the floor. Since everything is being cleaned for covid, we found it unlikely that such a cleaning was given to this unit.
The microwave didn't work, the sink was clogged and took several minutes to drain and when the temperature dropped we tried putting on the heat but that also was not functioning.
All of this aside, we still managed to have a good time and would recommend the condo based on location should the owner/property management company spruce the place up a bit.
Hi Brandon, thank you for your review. We apologize if the cleanliness of the home left something to be desired, and we will follow-up with our housekeeping team to see that future cleans are completed to our standards. We are so glad that you called us and apologize that we were not able to get the home vacuumed. We hope that the compensation offered helped ease the frustration of the pet hair. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again soon.

Perfect place for a summer retreat to relax and enjoy the sounds of the river right outside your door. Sit on the deck and take in Mother Nature at its finest. This was a small but quaint condo and dog friendly! Clean and comfy !

Clean, well furnished condo right outside a skirun!

Loved everything about it. Except couldn't get a parking space due to Oktoberfest people parking at Wildwood Suites who should not have been parked there.

Close/easy access to ski lifts (ski in). Short walk to town and restaurants. Very clean. Dog friendly. Fairly well equipped kitchen.

This place is a solid 3. Nice unit, good location, walked to Snow Flake lift and almost can ski up to the door. The amenities are ok.

It was perfect for 2 people wanting to ski! It was directly off the 4 o’clock run, which made for a convenient return after a long day! The space was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

We loved the short walk into town and the ski-in-ski-out ease! The place was clean and worked for our long weekend with our pup!

Perfect view of the stream running behind the condo complex and we loved opening the windows to the relaxing sound of flowing water every day. The apartment was perfect for 2 people & a dog. Close enough to the downtown to walk, but far enough not to have to deal with crowds outside the apartment. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.
