The proximity to the lift and 4 o'clock are the draws.

This unit is not maintained. We had plumbing issues in every location, bathrooms and kitchen. Vacasa does not have enough staff onsite to help take care of issues no matter how urgent. We were left without use of the kitchen Xmas Eve and Xmas and without the use of the main bathroom for 2 days. Out of a week rental, 4 days without full use of condo and no action from Vacasa was beyond frustrating.
Manager response:
We are so sorry our response time was slow due to the busy holiday. Maintenance has been able to get everything addressed since your departure. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for staying with us!

This is the perfect getaway space! Quiet and comfortable, and super close to amazing shopping and dining. One of the many highlights is the deck overlooking a calming, rushing stream. There is a hot tub and sauna on site as well. So beautiful.

We loved the close proximity of this condo to the main town on Breckenridge, we were able to walk everywhere! The condo is up about a dozen steps and from there you'll walk into the entry with a full bathroom, queen bedroom, small kitchen area, and family room. Go up spiral steps to the next floor and you'll find a loft room with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. The space itself was very nice and comfortable inside, they provided soaps, shampoos, dish detergent/soap, and a few trash bags. Other than that, you have to bring in all your spices, oils, etc, as this is basically just a condo that is rented out week after week. We meet a neighbor on one day when the entire-building fire alarm kept going off (yes, multiple times in one day), and she said many people rent out their condos so you have new neighbors each week. There is a condo owner who lives to the right off the back deck and they own a dog who is left to bark all day long while the owners are out. They leave the windows opens so we heard this dog nonstop for hours upon hours whenever we were in the house. Not sure how often this person is there at his place (we were told he doesn't rent it out), but obviously had we known there would be a rude next door neighbor with a loud dog all day/night, we likely would not have rented here. There are signs posted in the condo building about keeping dogs quiet, but this still happened the entire 3 nights we stayed. Another thing to point out - the Vacasa cleaning crew came in the door 3 different days without once knocking first. One time our children were home along and someone came in, which startled them because they would never let a stranger in without us there. The other two times we were at the condo as they just swiped their card and came in to clean (we extended our trip a day and they didn't have an updated schedule). But still, I had just gotten out of the shower, which is across the hall from the bedroom, directly at the front door. A knock would be appropriate before anyone enters a building, but this team does not knock. Then the last day they let themselves in an hour before our scheduled check-out and startled us all again. This most definitely needs to be addressed by Vacasa, as we did not feel safe leaving the kids (teens) home alone in a new town for fear of who would walk in, and when.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Kimberly, we are glad you enjoyed the location of our condo. We are sorry for any noise disruption you experienced. While we manage the condo we do not manage the building. Please know we strive to provide every guest with a relaxing stay and while surrounding noise is often out of our control, we always make an effort to remedy noise complaints during quiet hours when notified. We sincerely apologize for any staff interruptions. It is against our policy for staff to knowingly enter an occupied rental without receiving permission from the guest. We will follow up with the appropriate parties regarding your experience. Again, we apologize for the impact this had on your visit. We hope to have another opportunity to host you in the future.

Nice little condo. More amenities than expected with two full bathrooms.

We had a wonderful respite at this great condo. It was the perfect location. Two blocks from the main street and a wide variety of hiking trails that were walkable. There is a lovely stream that you can see and hear from the balcony. This is a very comfortable, well appointed and well cared for property. We can’t wait to return!

the balcony view is great

This unit is fine, nothing special. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are small, but you're paying for location. Be advised, this is a ski-in property, right off of the Four O'Clock trail, below the Snowflake lift. You have to navigate a steep exit from the trail to ski in, which also means you have to hike up that same steep stretch to get out. We found it easier to ski across the bridge just up the hill and cut through parking lots to Four O'Clock Road, where you can catch the shuttle. Had I known I'd be shuttling every morning, I likely would have selected a less expensive place. Ski in was convenient, though.

Basic items were there (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee filters). Plenty of plates & glasses. Knife supply was limited to steak knives and a bread knife, making any kind of food prep a challenge.
Also, the bathrooms have hair dryers, which is not noted in the listing.
We had two maintenance issues - the main door was falling off the hinges and there was no power to the main bathroom outlets. Vacasa was timely in connecting us with the property manager. He fixed the door right away, but ignored several requests about the outlet.
Manager response:
We appreciate you staying with us, Brian. We're so sorry we were unable to address the outlets right away; we have been short-staffed, and other concerns at another property were the high priority. Again, we apologize we for the wait. Thank you!

The hot tub is fun so my kids said give more than one star! Beds are all bad. Had first allergy attack. Pillows and quilts dirty. 3 wine glasses. Carpet torn. Bring your own TP. Make your own parking pass or call Vacassa several times. Skis need to be kept in car. Ski lockers could easily be added to building. Vacassa does not respond to emails. Need to ski across deep creek to and from lowest 4oclock run. Photo of bridge in advertisement was completely iced over and that becomes the plan B trail before the property creek crossing when the lowest 4 oclock run is closed by Breck or you can ski through others private parking lots! This has to be the highest ROI I have seen to date Vacassa! Please send a refund for the false advertising?

It was perfect for our family of five. The two college aged boys stayed upstairs. I liked the set up and furnishings. We all enjoyed our stay there very much. My 10 year old enjoyed the hide away bed to watch cartoons and overlooking the hot tub. Thank you!

The condo itself is nice, including beds were not too bad to sleep in compared to similar places I've rented. However when we checked in the upstairs beds were 1/2 made (comforters left in ball on top of beds), there were washcloths hanging from shower curtain rod in downstairs bath, the sink in downstairs bath was really clogged up (but they came to fix after I called about it), and thermostats don't control temperature. We had to open windows (when temp outside was in 30s) to balance how warm it got one night. Finally, although nice folks, Vacasa is not easy to reach for help on issues with the unit after you'vechecked basically call a general number and wait on hold (12 min for my call about clogged sink) behind everybody calling for rates, reservations, needing units serviced, etc.....and if you don't that number handy, you have to log on to their website to find it...none of the "Welcome to your stay" paperwork on the counter when you check in has any contact info at your fingertips.
Manager response:
Hi Eddie,We are sorry to hear you had concerns during your stay and that you had difficulties reaching our team. Please know that we are experiencing a higher than normal call and email volume at this time. We are currently working on adding additional staff to better assist our guests as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The location was great. Just a short walk across the slopes to a lift. Less than a 1/2 mile from grocery store, gas stations, and Beautiful downtown.

We were very impressed with the quality service and exceptionally clean condo!! Instructions were easy to follow and place is very comfy and roomy for a family of 6!! Will definitely use Vacasa again. Only thing, and it was not their fault, I just didn't know that their beddings are washed with fabric softner, which my kids & husband are allergic to. So I had to buy benadryl, bed sheets and covers at a nearby Walmart. Problem was solved after that.

Really comfortable in the unit and had great access to Breckenridge. The river runs right behind the building, so we really enjoyed leaving the windows open at night! Walked 2 blocks to Main St, which was blocked from traffic for open restaurant service. Well enforced - though everyone was compliant - mask mandate. Wildwood was a great base for enjoying town and several area hikes.

Quiet, very peaceful place.
Fridi H. Jan 2020
Just a couple of things that were more little annoyances than anything else. One of the outdoor chairs on the balking was ripped so we couldn’t sit on both but since it was winter time we didn’t spend much time out there.
The light switch in the master bedroom didn’t turn on any lights and one of the lights next to the bed didn’t work either so when we went to bed we always had to turn on the one that worked rather than just utilizing the switch by the door.
Kitchen had everything we needed and the living area was warm and cozy.
Manager response:
We are happy that you enjoyed your stay! We will be replacing the chairs and will be ready for future guests. We hope you will come back again soon!

Very convenient, easy walk to town and bus stop
Danielle M. Aug 2019
This was a little dated, but a great space to stay. It was peaceful and a beautiful view of the stream and woods. The only 2 major concerns were a concave mattress on one of the twin beds and there was hair on the pillows and sheets of the queen bed as though the sheets had been slept in. Also, both toilets kept running. Otherwise this was a beautiful place to stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
Manager response:
Thank you, Danielle! The cleaning issues have been fully addressed with our housekeeping team, and the toilets have been fixed. We hope to see you again!
Michelle B. Aug 2019
Whenever we needed support about our rental, the Vacasa staff stand ready and waiting to help. In addition, the location of this property to downtown Breckenridge is ideal. We did not have to get in the car at all! That makes for a great vacation!
James W. Jun 2019
Just need a quick place to stay for three of us. Easy walk to Main Street.
Scott c. Mar 2019
This condo was as advertised. A short walk to the snowflake lift and nearly ski back to the place down four o clock run. 1/4 - 1/2 mile walk to Main Street. I would definitely stay here again. Could use nicer mattresses and a little bigger t.v., but the essentials were there.
Jorge V. Jan 2019
Loved the ski in and out! Close walk to Main Street and buses. Super clean and ready. Thw loft was WOW!

Walking distance to town. Nice hot tub right by stream. Kids loved the little loft area with their beds.
