Parking Notes: Community Parking Pass (1) Required. Parking is permitted on a first-come basis in the lower (underground) parking garage accessed from the south side of Building 2 (between the bus stop and second roundabout on Village Way). Park in any non-reserved space, or any spot faintly labeled EVC, parking permit must be displayed(available in unit). A second garage can be used if no space is available in the lower garage, it is located on the south end of Angani Way( the north end is closest to the second roundabout and is labeled 115. Please do not park in this garage!)
The pedestrian door next to the garage entrance is marked “104” (this is the last garage door on Angani Way coming from north to south near the first roundabout).
All vehicles parked in the parking garages must display an Elkhorn Village Parking Permit on their rearview mirror. Only one vehicle per unit will be permitted in the parking garage. The designated parking spaces for Elkhorn Village are marked “EVC” in the second garage. Your parking pass must be displayed and you can only park in spots for EVC; this is a very strict HOA rule. The EVC parking is toward the back of the garage.

Please be advised that Elkhorn Springs will be towing unauthorized vehicles parked in the surface parking areas around Elkhorn Village (such as the parking area south of Building 2). The surface lots are owned by Elkhorn Springs. As a reminder, the only designed parking areas for Elkhorn Village are in the two underground parking garages.

To enter your unit, proceed on Angani Way to Building 4, and enter the building. Walk up to the third floor, and then on to door #82. For elevator access, enter Building 3 and take the elevator to the 3rd floor, then use the breezeway that connects the two buildings. There is no elevator access in building 4. The home is accessed via an electronically coded lock only, please refer to your welcome email for the access code. A key on a lanyard is inside the home on the hooks to the left, which can be used to access the small ski locker associated with the home found on the first floor and marked #82. Please replace key before leaving, replacement/re-keying fees may apply.

The underground parking pass is needed for the underground parking area. The parking pass is on the kitchen counter and should be displayed on the dashboard.
*Note that per HOA rules, the parking pass is $150 to replace. Please remember to leave it on the kitchen counter prior to your departure! If the pass is missing or lost, the guest is responsible for the replacement cost.

Underground parking is available. Once you enter the condo, retrieve the parking pass and place it in your vehicle. Check underground lots and be sure you are parking only in a spot labeled "EVC." The open-air lot outside the parking garage is not available to Elkhorn Village tenants. If the garage is full, you may park in the open-air lot near the pool/clubhouse. Please be sure to return passes prior to departure. Guests are responsible for the $300 fee to replace the pass if it is not left in the home. Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk.

This is a great Condo. Close to all the places I needed to go. The Condo is very comfortable and the underground parking is nice.

Cozy quaint European inspired studio. Nicely decorated. Clean well equipped kitchen. Full bath on main level and 1/2 bath in loft. Unit is on 3rd floor and there are no elevators in the building.
Taya S. Jul 2020
This was a perfect space for a family of 4. Very comfortable beds and having two bathrooms was very nice.
Matthew P. Jul 2020
We had to book the condo last minute, but it was very nice. It is a studio condo, so a bit small, but it served our needs just fine.

The Elkhorn area of Sun Valley is very nice and we will stay there again. The only thing I would say is that the parking is a little difficult to understand, but once we had it down, it was easy. There is no elevator in the building this unit is in, which is a bit inconvenient, but not really a big deal.

All in all a very nice unit which we would stay at again!

I loved that it was so close to all attractions. The condo was cute and comfortable with all amenities covered. We enjoyed our stay.
Allison S. Jul 2019
Perfect size condo for three people! There was plenty of space and kitchen amenities for us to make a few meals. The complex was very clean and nice and just a quick drive from downtown. I would choose this condo again!
Mandie P. Apr 2019
The condo location was not far. From town. Quiet and relaxing.
Shanon J. Dec 2018
Clean and spacious condo! Great location! Everything you could want or need!

The place was cozy and clean. Had all the necessary kitchen things and bedding and bathroom amenities like soaps and shampoos. We had a problem with the lights in the loft, but managment fixed it the following day which was black Friday. I consider that a quick fix.
Valoy S. Aug 2018
Great location, private and clean. No elevator, stinky stairwell, limited channels on TV, limited space for lounging, and confusing access to amenities. Pool and tennis courts were great.
Danelle H. Jun 2018
Lovely condo. A little tricky to find on property the first time but clean, quiet and nice view. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Kolt P. Apr 2018
Clean room, very organized, peaceful and serene, loved the shared hot tub, overall great stay.
David T. Mar 2018
The upstairs loft has a partition for privacy and sound separation from the lower level. Be sure you take your luggage into your room from the parking garage back door access. A small walk...to your building.

Elkhorn condos were safe, accessible, and very clean. My breakfasts were in the unit and other meals were on the town. Perfect.
Robert S. Nov 2017
The condo is convenient to skiing, hiking, and nice restaurants in Ketchum.
Troy B. Nov 2017
Perfect little place for 2 adults and 2 kids. Pop up trundle worked great...easy to pullout and pop up for one of the boys. Queen bed in the loft was comfortable...nice to be away from the kids! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker etc. not a lot of counter space but worked great for us! We were mostly out and about and didn't spend much time in the condo except for sleeping and breakfast but for the amount of time inn it...It was perfect! Clean and tidy.

Loved staying here! The rental was small, clean and cozy. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. We will definitely come back again!
Troy K. Dec 2016
Spent three nights in the unit and overall, had a good experience. The unit is small but has a good layout. My main recommendation is to bring extra blankets! There is no thermostat in the room and it has some drafts from the window/fireplace. We ran the wall heater and the fireplace during the night and still had difficulty keep the unit warm. We woke up and the room was showing 59 degrees even though it was 70 when we went to sleep. Also, there are several board games in the unit, but most are missing critical pieces so bring your own entertainment if needed.

The heater went out the second evening we were there. The outside temps were in the 30s. Called Vacasa the next morning, and Tammy , from Vacasa, came our quickly and fixed it. She is a great rep for Vacasa,
Dan G. Aug 2016
it suited our needs

Small. Pack light and bring your coffee! ;-)

Neat apartment, beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of extra towels, blankets etc. I stayed during the summertime with temperatures above 80F and it never got too hot inside. The whole development is beautifully maintained. Location perfect - just a few minutes from Ketchum, there is even a free bus shuttle every half hour - if you don't want to rent a car. Very pleased with my stay.
Christina S. Mar 2016
It was very clean and the staff was very helpful when we needed anything. It was a great location for the Slopestyle competition at Dollar mountain. Thank you for a great stay.
Shawna P. Feb 2016
Small condo with very limited seating (unless you count the day bed as a couch). It was clean and well stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Alan H. Feb 2016
Overall amazing experience. Arrival was very confusing about where to park and how to locate building. Elevator in neighboring bldg #3, but only discovered after hauling luggage up small stairwell. Didn't receive access code and had to call in to get it. Great shuttle service in town that should be highlighted
Manager response:
Thank you for your review. We apologize that entering the condo was not as easy as it should have been; we will make sure that directions are more clearly detailed. Thank you for choosing Vacasa!
Jim K. Feb 2016

First off, the unit was very clean and lovely and centrally located to downtown Ketchum and Hailey. We had nice meals in both places and hiked Adam's Gulch. Keep in mind this unit is super small. There was actually too much furniture to fit 4 people. If you have only 3 it's fine. We kept the trundle out because we were barely there, but even for finding a place to put a suitcase or for walking from one spot to another, it was a maze. The washer and dryer is on the second floor and looked pretty skanky so I never used it. Also the stairwell smelled horrible. So bad that our dirty clothes retained the smell and I could still smell it as I was putting them into the wash at home. The unit, pool, grounds were very nice and clean. Also, the directions to the parking garage were a little vague. It mentions north garage and south garage yet that is not how anyone defines them there so we asked a maintenance guy just to clarify that we were in the right place and he looked at us like we were nuts and actually told us to park in the wrong garage. Also the pool situation was confusing because there are two that you have access to. One at the grounds and one at the harker center. The description also says to bring your own towel if you want to use the pool. Not sure about the harker center but the other pool gave you towels. It would have been nice to not have packed them. Also know there is no elevator. It's not easy lugging heavy bags up three flights of stairs. Also if you gps the address, it takes you to the back of the unit. The entrance as well as the building numbers are in the courtyard area.
Manager response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and future guests. We are glad to see that your overall experience with the condo was a positive one and hope you made great memories with us.

It felt like it was my home. I loved the decor. I did all my meals cooking in the small but complete kitchen. The summer music was wonderful. Unlike most concerts, the volume was perfect. Lots of speakers all over the green. I can't stand loud concerts so this was paradise to me. Don't miss the Saturday night ice show full of jumps, back flips, head flying inches above the ice lots of smiling faces. My husband took skating lessons all week from the best talent.
