Very handy to great restaurants in Dillon and to the wonderful City Market for groceries. Quiet road. Nice elevated views across I-70 and the mountains. Minutes from the Marina; short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge. Also short drive to Frisco.

Beautiful large house with plenty of space spread over 3 floors. Note that there is a flight of steps leading down from the parking area to the front door (stairs are not pictured, which is why I mention it), which does not make the house very handicapped-friendly. However, we made it work.

The house was well maintained and in a good location. The house for our large families needs for the week.

Loved the house and the patio view. Stayed for 5 nights. Very comfortable for 12 members.

This home was everything it advertised. There was enough space to play games as well as having dinner with the whole family. The only negative thing I have to say about it was that there is no AC in the home and we had to settle on using one box fan for the main room. The fan in the living room ceiling did not work either. Thankfully it wasn't unbearable, but I'd suggest at least getting few more fans in the house if you aren't going to add an air conditioner.
Manager response:
Thank you Galiya for your feedback, we truly appreciate you! We apologize for any inconveniences you experienced in regards to the absence of the air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. We have sent your comments to our local staff. We hope to impress you in the future!

The view on the deck was beautiful, close to town, loved our stay a lot. Could use a little more stocking of kitchen supplies like cups and dishes. We made do
Manager response:
Hi Kendra, we are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit. Thank you for your feedback about the kitchen supplies. We hope you'll stay again very soon.

This is our 2nd time renting this home. We love the layout & amenities! It provides the right amount of beds and space that we need.

One thing I would change would be the rock around the parking areas (puddles of water happen a lot) & the steps leading down are always iced over and dangerous. Our kids (and adults) are always afraid of falling! But with a little time, sun & a shovel - they get cleaned off eventually during our stay.

We loved this house! It had everything anyone could need. This home could sleep 8-12 people. more room than we needed but it was a great use of space. It was close to shopping and stores. About a 15 min drive to copper mountain or Breckinridge. The woodburning fireplace was my favorite feature. However, the flu was not functioning at the time, it closed shut on its own. I did call to report it; so I’m sure it will be taken care of. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.
Manager response:
Thank you for the feedback on your recent stay, Alana! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the home. We apologize for the issue with the fireplace flue. Please know that repairs have been scheduled and we appreciate you pointing it out so that we could get to it promptly. We look forward to hosting you again!

Went for Labor Day weekend with 3 other families. We had a great time at the house. Rented a boat on Lake Dillon one of the nights. It was a highlight for sure. Property rooms and size is just as described, had a nice layout but small kitchen. Our teens loved the hot tub. We enjoyed the master bedroom with the skylights- beautiful at night. A few minor suggestions for owners:
1-replace the outside deck lights. We couldn’t enjoy the upper deck space in the evening as it was pitch black and couldn’t reach the lights to change them.
2. The house is nice but felt dirty. Fridge, kitchen, walls , baseboards, and bathrooms could use a deep clean.
3. We cooked a lot while we were there and finding things in the kitchen was hard. Very unorganized and doors not labeled. If you don’t plan on cooking probably not an issue, but just think it could have been better. Also no blender. Not a huge deal, but if you want to make margaritas and salsa, just a heads up.
Manager response:
Hi Angie, thank you for your feedback. We apologize if the cleanliness of the home left something to be desired, and we will follow-up with our housekeeping team to see that future cleans are completed to our standards. We apologize if the home wasn't organized to your preference. We provide photos, a virtual tour, a unit description, and a list of available amenities so that future guests know exactly what they will be seeing upon arrival. We would love to host you again in the future.

The location and quiet.
Paul S. Aug 2019
Very clean and spacious house! Lots of room for everyone! Great views of the mountains and nicely located near stores, restaurants and taverns!
Ashlee R. Aug 2019
We stayed with three families here and the space was perfect to give the kids room to hang out in the game room while the adults enjoyed the main floor and deck. The house is nice updated. It was very clean. The location was perfect on a road with no outlet so it was very quite and private. Our favorite was the hiking trail at the end of our road so we could take a short hike each morning. Dillon is the best base location in the area to enjoy all that Summit County offers. Definitely would stay again.

3 stories of living let you be as close or apart as you want. Nice kitchen and great room for gathering. Beautiful views. Quiet, but close to town. Well equipped with necessities. Hot tub very nice after a day of skiing.

Fabulous home at a very reasonable rate over New Year's. They had plenty of odds and ends that most home rentals disregard (toiletries, kitchen/cleaning supplies, great washer/dryer) and plenty of space for kids and grown-ups to socialize without stepping on each other. I will definitely start here for next Breck vacation search.
