Newly Renovated Dog-Friendly Condo w/ Shared Pool - Near the Beach!

This charming and comfortable condo is just off the 5th Fairway of the Golf Course and close to both the shared pool and Country Club for food and family fun.

This is an upstairs condo with a TV, air conditioning, and access to a shared washer and dryer. You'll also have a golf course view and a full kitchen for easy meals.

It's a short walk to the country club and pool, and it's only a 26-mile drive to Yosemite National Park for a great family day trip! Mountain Lake is a gated community with a shared pool, three beaches with boat rentals, picnic tables, docks, and fishing access.

A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

Parking Notes: Parking passes are purchased at the entry gate. The primary guest's name has been entered into PML's system, but all other guests who are driving a vehicle will need to purchase a pass. For additional vehicles, please contact Vacasa Guest Services. Marina parking is reserved for Property Owners on the weekends; please use street parking to avoid getting towed when visiting the marina.

Water Access: There are three beaches: The Marina, Lake Lodge and Dunn Court. You can swim inside the designated areas only. On private lakefront property, swimming is confined to within thirty feet (30) of the shoreline or private dock.

Parking in the Marina beach parking lot is not permitted on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and is reserved for homeowners. The beach can be accessed via water taxi.

Although the pool is listed as an amenity, at times it may be unavailable due to maintenance or other unforeseen operational issues at the direction of Pine Mountain Lake.

This condo has a beautiful view, as it located right on the golf course. Nice greens and wildlife to see and enjoy. It is also located close to many of the amenities that PML has to offer. This condo was just right for the two of us, and would also be nice fit for a family of four. Just bring some games to keep the little kids busy so that they are not running to and fro all over the condo. Evidently, this kind of noise can be heard very well by the tenants below, as was noted within the condo.

The location of the home is fabulous. The accommodations were just adequate. The balcony porch could have been great but was dirty and unkept. No AC but had fans. Windows were difficult to open. Could have left a bit of coffee to start the day. We weren’t aware of the $35 parking charge to get to the house in addition to all the other add on charges. Transparency up front would have been appreciated. All in all we enjoyed ourselves but were expecting much more.

Lots of steep stairs, but Unit was ok, somewhat 80's but nice view of the fifth Tee. Would stay in the unit again.
