You'll enjoy cooking together in the expansive full kitchen, which includes a prep island and plenty of stone countertop space. The downstairs workspace can function as a command center, or guests with remote work or schooling can use it (and the upstairs desk workspace!) to finish things up before heading to the beach.

The bedrooms of this home are all spread out, perfect for groups looking to enjoy their own space and come together to have fun. The first bedroom is to the right when you come through the door and is right next to this floor's living room. This room features a backyard view and has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination just next door. Head down the stairs off the living room and the second bedroom will be straight ahead. Across the way, the third bedroom (the main bedroom of the home) features a lovely modern sleigh bed, a backyard view, a spacious closet, and a spacious en suite bathroom with two vanity spaces, a jetted tub, a standalone shower, and a direct entrance to the hall. Two flights up, the fourth bedroom is to the left (across its own small hallway segment). Past the lovely reading nook, the fifth bedroom features a sleigh bed, desk workspace, and a front yard view.
