The lower level provides two comfortable bedrooms, full bathroom with tub/shower, dedicated laundry room, and an entry that leads to the lower yard. Wifi works great for streaming on the large TV or for remote work, and the additional large table between the common area is perfect for puzzles, games, extra meal seating, or spreading out that trail map.
