This vacation rental is nicely-equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to pool and beach necessities. The pool area invites you in for a true island living experience. Start your mornings off with coffee in the covered sitting area. Relax by the pool, take a soothing swim (heat available upon request), and enjoy the therapeutic jets in the pool itself. There is also an area ideal for summertime cookouts thanks to the provided gas grill.
Walk to Pine Avenue where you will find small locally-owned coffee shops, restaurants, clothing boutiques, an olive oil outpost, and a donut shop. There are several beach access points nearby with the closest at the end of Gladiolus Street. Just follow the road and you will find yourself on the area's famous white sand beaches. This house is also located just one short block from Tampa Bay where you will find a playground and barbecue pavilions along with the Rod 'n Reel Pier. Enjoy sunrises over the bay, go fishing (no license is required), or dine at the Pier restaurant.
THINGS TO KNOW
- Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
- We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
- 1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
