I loved the location and ease of getting to the beach. This was my son's first time to the Gulf so he had a great first impression. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. There is a pancake place well within walking distance too which was nice. Would love to stay again!!!

Begin your days by overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from your private, furnished balcony, then spend your evenings with your toes in the sand. With two shared community pools, a shared hot tub & multiple onsite amenities, this home has everything you need for your next Florida getaway.
Drive a few minutes east for some local favorite dining options. 8 minutes west is Norriego Point and its snorkeling. Henderson Beach State Park is 7 minutes east.
THINGS TO KNOW
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Pelican Beach Resort is currently undergoing construction. This vacation rental will be unaffected except for construction noises. From March 20, 2023 until May 26, 2023, the walkways will have work being conducted, but you will still have access to your vacation rental.
The Pelican Beach Resorts Gulf-front pool will be closed until June 10, 2023 (weather permitting) due to balcony construction. Walkway construction will also take place from October 1, 2023, until February 1, 2024.
Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.
