- Free beach service is included with your stay (two chairs and one umbrella). One set-up per day. In order to redeem, please give the beach attendant your room number. You do not need any additional passes.
- A resort fee (for amenity wristbands and parking passes) of $15 plus tax per person (5 years old and up) must be paid during mandatory pre-registering online. Website provided in confirmation email.
- This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.
