The property was exactly as described in the listing and as shown in photos. The space was clean, welcoming, and well stocked. The pool was wonderful. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to many places of interest/restaurants. Check in and check out were a breeze (very easy).
We hope to return in the years to come. Highly recommend this property!

We stayed a week to explore Key West. The condo is extremely clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, and close to many great restaurants and activities. We loved the short walks to see sunsets every evening and being close to Duval but also was nice to be able to return to a quiet area for the night. Fort Zachary beach right by us was also a plus. Definitely a plus having own parking spot. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

My husband, our two kids and I had a fantastic stay at Shipyard Seaclusion. The location was perfect! We were within walking distance to all of the main attractions, restaurants, stores and beaches. Parking was easy and convenient and easy to come and go if you need to drive anywhere although we mostly walked. We didn’t do much cooking during the visit, but the kitchen was definitely well stocked for those who plan to. We would definitely stay there again!

Great property that was close to everything you could want to do in Key West. The condo was clean and comfortable and had anything we could possibly need for a week long stay. We had a truly magical time exploring the island and being able to walk to Duval Street (only two blocks away) was the best! Really enjoyed the two balconies to relax on and for our morning coffee and our after noon cocktail. Would highly recommend.

Perfect LOCATION - the condo is a short walking distance to everything; close enough to all the action, bars, restaurants, attractions, but just off far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The end unit was very bright, clean and had everything one would need to enjoy an 'at home' stay. We enjoyed both balconies, the wonderful pool and complex grounds. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely stay at Shipyard Seaclusion again!

The condo is a perfect home base for staying in Old Town Key West! It's walking distance from Duval, the Lighthouse, the Little White House, and Hemmingway's home, and two amazing restaurants literally 1 block up . The front and back porch are perfect for enjoying coffee or a drink outside. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the whole complex is pleasantly quiet. Would highly recommend and stay here next time we visit Key West!

Shipyard Seclusion was absolutely perfect for our stay. The unit was clean and came equipped with everything necessary. We were staying in Key West to go to a small wedding that was in a boutique hotel off of Duval, so location wise the condo was perfect. We were able to rent bikes close by and had the best time walking and biking around the island. The location is so close to Zachary Taylor state park/beach that it made it perfect for our extended vacation as we were able to get so many things done purely with biking and walking. Great place and a great stay. Highly recommend!

Outstanding first time in Key West. The condo was very convenient and had everything we could have expected and more. Definitely lots of amenities. This property is located in a beautifully landscaped, quiet part of town, yet only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. We enjoyed the use of the private community pool and walks along the Truman Waterfront Park, a short walk down the street. Condo is comfortable and well equipped. Would stay here again.

The condo was just as we expected, plenty of room for us to hang out, amazing front and rear porches to sit and have breakfast and happy hour drinks on. Nice and bright with the extra light from the end unit windows. The grounds are well kept, and having an off street parking spot is a huge bonus. We loved being able to walk to Duval street in minutes, and stopped at our favorite music spot, The Green Parrot, almost every night on our way back home.
