Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee.
Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: The Parking Garage is located across the street from the two Splash Towers. Please keep in mind that the parking garage maximum vehicle height is seven feet and there is no guaranteed on-site parking for oversized vehicles. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini-vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property. There are spots set aside for check-in that you may use to unload. However, after picking up your parking passes, you will want to move to any other spot in the garage. For guest safety, please use the skybridge on the Lobby Floor that will take you across the street to the towers. After checking in at the Vacasa front desk, you will pay a $25.00 Registration Fee at the Splash Gift Shop Desk to receive your parking passes and wristbands. Parking Passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.

Ample room for the four of us. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels provided. Great beach view. Kitchen well stocked. In mid April, the pools were heated and the kids enjoyed them, but the kid sized water park water was cold. So our seven year olds didn’t play in there after their first venture in. Much preferred the heated pools. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

This was our first time booking with Vacasa. Vacasa made things so simple and easy to book, and kept me updated with reminders(I really like that) . This was my very first time with my fam jam at the Splash Resort. We absolutely loved it so much! The whole resort is kid friendly and very family oriented. Our condo was amazing. Super clean, very spacious and the view was phenomenal. We will definitely be coming back!

The condo is in a perfect location and the view is spectacular. The unit is comfortably furnished and decorated very cute!
There were a few things we noticed - mold around the fan/exhaust in the master bathroom, some paint peeling in the living room from water damage and a few missing blind slats. But it really is a great unit in a great location!

The resort overall was wonderful! It’s the perfect place to cover a variety of things for all ages. However, the check in process needs to be changed. Only being able to check in between 4-6 pm (even though the front desk and registration closes at 5pm) there were no luggage haulers available and the wait for elevators was extended to where it took us over 2 hours to unload our vehicle. The overall cleanliness of our room was what to expect for an on beach room, but the master bathroom vent had black mold all over/around it. That’s pretty bad considering it’s an easy thing to wipe down.

We will ask housekeeping to be more mindful of this since it occurs frequently in the summer months. Guests can check-in beginning at 4pm. There are over 200 units and only 60 luggage carts provided by the HOA. For this reason we suggest coming during the later window of time.

We love Splash and this was a good condo. We did have issue with the hot water heater and went without hot water for two days. Once someone was sent out it was fixed but and the rest of our week went fine.

This high end condo is just that! Spacious with TVs in both rooms, 2 big bathrooms, large kitchen with great appliances. Enough seating for adults and kids on the balcony. It’s right In front of the beach and your steps away from the water. The resort amenities are great three huge pools, hot tub and splash pads for the kids. Room comes with complimentary beach launch chairs and umbrella in the front row! Great local restaurants and attractions nearby!

Overall visit was okay, there was a constant dragging /roaring noise all day and night. The balcony door in living room was broken, the pull shades constantly getting stuck. Several areas throughout the building such as bar area by pool needs to be touched up, flakey paint, the vent area on Lobby floor needs repatched. Other than these few things stay was good.

Very nice and large space. Everything was clean, updated appliances. The 2 kids Adirondack chairs on the balcony where great for my kids and the adult seating on the balcony was great as well. Perfect view of the ocean without being up too high. Very comfortable beds and couches, overall I have no complaints and will stay again. Definitely recommend staying here.

This condo has a great, updated feel. The furnishings are well thought. The condo is spacious, not crowded with unnecessary items. I liked the I would location of this condo. It was at the end of the building, away from the elevators. The stairway is located across from the unit. We used the stairs often. We would stay in this unit again.

We had the most wonderful experience on our stay. The unit was just as gorgeous as the pictures & more than I imagined. Although vacationing is leaving home to explore itís also important to feel at home where ever you go & thatís exactly how my family & I felt! The amenities were just enough for our 4 night stay. We really enjoyed our stay! This was our first time coming to Panama City Beach in 5 years and we will be back! The kids loved everything about this condo and all the amenities it included. The pools were great and the bar/restaurant by the pool by an added bonus. Room was very clean upon arrival and we had plenty of space. It was decorated just as the pictures!
