Great view & very clean beach, elevators stayed pretty clean as did the pool deck, however the beds were terrible & all the furniture was dirty and needed updating, our code didn’t work to open the door when we got there and our dishwasher was broken, the maintenance man was there replacing the broken microwave when we got there, all the dishes still had food on them and the place wasn’t very clean, it could’ve been worse but definitely could have been better as well.

The layout of the condo and the view of the Gulf is exactly what we were looking for for our one month stay.
We needed to lower out expectations of the furnishings, appliances and fixtures. We should have brought our own kitchen utensils. Not enough dishes or silverware.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in the Twin Palms Hotel. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The beds and the pull out couch were comfortable, although some of the other furniture could be updated. The view from the balcony was amazing, perfect. I would definitely stay in this hotel again with my family.

This unit is poorly maintained at best. The equipment is old and doesn’t function as it should. Some of the household amenities are inoperable and the furniture is tolerable at best (beds, couches). We loved the location and the view and would consider here again, but definitely not room 904 or VACASA.

The best view on the beach, spacious balcony with a view from the living room or directly In one of the rooms. Each room private bathroom/ one that can be made to living room access also. Bottom line anything you can think of for an at home feeling while on vacation.

We had a wonderful experience enjoying the sunsets, ocean , swimming and spa. We were impressed with the managers kindness and helpfulness. Our most enjoyable experience was swimming in the ocean in October !
