Tidewater Beach Resort is an astounding place for you to base yourself as you explore the Florida panhandle, Panama City Beach & the Emerald Coast! This 26th floor condo is incredibly inviting after long days at the beach playing in the surf and catching rays. You will absolutely love your private balcony views of the water and sands as well as the full kitchen where you can whip up a tasty snack. Settle down in the evening and watch a movie on the 50” flatscreen TV in the living room. This home has everything you need for an excellent stay!

Guests can utilize the outdoor and indoor pools on-site as well as the fitness center, sauna, hot tubs, theater, game room, and shared grill. Pier Park is just a mile away in addition to many restaurants and bars. And of course, the complex is just steps from the beach!

Parking Notes: Parking spaces aren't dedicated. Parking Garage is located across the street from building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a skybridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. After crossing the sky bridge, go to the Vacasa desk located on the ground floor. This is where you can pick up your parking passes (max of 2 per unit). You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to onsite amenities with your parking pass. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses or other oversized vehicles are not allowed parked on-premises. No vehicle exceeding 7ft2in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all: pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, and equipped with tow bars and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at renter’s expense.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

My room was very nice and this resort was full of amenities however the elevators took ages and our room was right across from one of the elevators so we heard hollering and yelling throughout the night.

I don't like to have to go get cleaning supplies when I have paid to stay somewhere that advertises strict Covid 19 procedures. The place smelled bad/dirty when we opened the door for the first time. The kitchen counters were dirty and the refrigerator had dirty food fingerprints on it. One of the seven elevators wasn't working so the elevators were packed with people not wearing masks that were supposed to be mandatory per Vacasa, the managing company. We won't be staying here again. Whoever pays for the cleaning, is getting robbed.

We ask that guests please reach out to the front desk or our 24/7 guest services team with any issues during their stay so that we have a chance to correct them quickly. Please know that the HOA manages the building, to include the elevators, but they are working to resolve the wait issue. During times of high occupancy, wait times for the elevators tend to be longer and front desk staff try to make each guest aware at check in. Masks are mandatory for Vacasa staff and highly recommended for guests, but they are not mandatory in the state of Florida. We appreciate this feedback as we are always eager to know the areas where we can improve. We do hope you allow us to host you again and provide a much more relaxing stay.

The condo we a great place for a quick escape. Our only feedback would be for some blackout currents in the Master to avoid the hall light from shining in at night. Otherwise it was perfect for the two of us.

View was great! But the condo itself was just okay... furnishings out of date, handles missing from dresser and night stand, missing bed linens for sofa bed, rusted balcony furniture and overall just okay.

Prime location, condo was nice. Very clean, starting to show some wear but that is to be expected. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again. I would NOT recommend that onsite restaurant. We went for dinner an hour before closing and they already had everything put away. The kid's menu offers pancakes which they said was only at breakfast (no where did it say that, it was listed on dinner menu)
