This condo is located just over one mile northwest of downtown Moab and less than five miles from the entrance to Arches National Park. If you want to make a day of your national park explorations, you'll also be just 30 miles northeast of Canyonlands. Closer to home are such wonderful attractions as the Moab Aquatic Center, Swanny City Park, and Raven's Rim Zip Line Adventure (all within one mile!), as well as plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores, and recreational outfitters.

Nice place, lots of room to spread out for a larger group. We had 5 in our group, nice having a garage, laundry, and a grill after a long day on the trails. Carpet and a few things a little worn but generally a nice place. Would stay there again.

Perfect place for our group of five adults. Modern, comfortable furniture and beds, extremely clean, and a perfect location in downtown Moab. We did a jeep tour on the Sand Flats, Dead Horse Canyon State Park, Canyonland, and Arches. I highly recommend this unit!

This house was beautiful, everything was clean and comfy! Super close to the downtown area and arches national park and off roading areas we went to, definitely would stay here again!

The condo is very large and very clean. It is very comfortable for our group of 8 people. It is also close to shops and restaurants. The only problem that we had is the fire alarm. It keeper beeping during our entire stay. We bought and replaced the battery but it still beeped. Hope owner can have someone fix that.

Perfect location near Main Street, restaurants, local outfitters and minutes from Arches. Lots of place to gather with friends or family, but also plenty of space for privacy. We had 2 families, group of 8.

We loved staying here! It could use a good deep clean as there were dirt marks on the walls and some dirt on the floors, and crumbs in one of the kitchen drawers. But overall, this was so great for our group! It has a great location and we were close to town and a lot of different trails. Would definitely stay here again!

It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and close to everything. We ran the Colorado River in rafts and kayaks. It was a beautiful place to come back to for a shower and some relaxation.

We had a family of 8 and this home was perfect. It allowed family dinners, enough space for everyone to be separated if needed, but also for family fun. It’s tucked off the main road a bit and that’s pretty cool. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing time on a family vacation. The property was very clean! All appliances new and in working order. Great floor plan. The pool was clean and refreshing.
The property is located just minutes from downtown Moab and less than 10 minutes from the Arches. We will stay there again.

What a great condo for our family weekend. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need in the kitchen. Conveniently located for Arches NP or downtown. We absolutely would recommend this condo and hope to rent it again for ourselves. Great value for the money spent.
