Hacienda Panorama is an idyllic retreat, located in a quiet, established neighborhood, close to the finest shopping and dining in Tucson. This stunning, 4,000-square-foot, single-level, Santa Fe-style home, poised on over two acres, has a rustic yet modern aesthetic, with exposed wooden beams, kiva fireplaces, iron fixtures, beautiful art, and elegant living spaces throughout.
The large, inviting living area is furnished with a sectional sofa, two chairs, and a wood-burning fireplace, and features double doors opening to a lovely courtyard - the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee. When the sun goes down, settle in for a movie on the 70-inch wall-mounted TV.
The backyard features a lovely pool, a dining table for eight, a gas grill, a television, a putting green, and a gas firepit on the upper level, encircled by Adirondack chairs. There is no better spot on the property to enjoy a peaceful evening cocktail and witness the amazing Arizona sunsets and our mountain views. The grounds are lush and beautifully maintained and include palm trees, grapefruit trees, and saguaro cacti. The extensive landscape lighting makes every evening in the yard spectacular!
The house sleeps up to eight guests between five beautifully appointed bedrooms. The large master bedroom boasts a king bed, a flatscreen TV, a plush sofa, and a kiva fireplace. In its expansive en suite bathroom, you will find a generous soaking tub and a walk-in rain shower. The second large master suite with a king bed is located at the opposite end of the house, offering a separate sitting area and a private bathroom. Each of these bedrooms enjoys direct access to the backyard and pool. The remaining three (one king, one queen, and twin) bedrooms are centrally located and share a bathroom with double sinks and a shower.
Other amenities include a private office, a basketball court, a washer/dryer, high-speed internet, cable TV, ample parking in the large circular drive, and access to one garage space. The living areas, both indoor and out, as well as a main bedroom, are equipped with a state-of-the-art SONOS sound system.
